MINAS GERAIS PROPERTY

International Metals Mining Corp. acquires all shares of Lithium Plus Mining Corp. through a share exchange agreement. Lithium Plus holds an option agreement for a 65% stake in mining claims covering 21,136.73 hectares and 12 claims in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Property is strategically located approximately 25 kilometers east of Sigma Lithium Corporation’s Groto do Cirilo Project and Lithium Iconic Inc’s Itinga Project. Sigma’s properties cover 191 square kilometers in Araçuaí and Itinga, including nine former lithium mines.

Panteria & Ronaldo Projects

Panteria Copper-Gold porphyry project is located in Peru approximately 210 kilometers southeast of the city of Lima. The property covers approximately 28 square kilometers and is situated in the northern extension of the Southern Costal Porphyry Belt. The Southern Costal Porphyry Belt hosts many of the largest copper porphyry deposits in Peru

Company Leadership

Brian Thurston (P.Geo)

President, CEO, & Director

Mr. Brian Thurston holds an Honors BSc in Geology from Western University and has been involved in the Mining Exploration and Investment industries for over 30 years throughout Canada, US, Central and South America, India, and Africa.

Mr. Thurston has significant knowledge with regard to exploration of porphyry deposits, having worked 5 years as an exploration geologist for the Hunter-Dickenson Group and American Bullion Ltd. from 1992 to 1996. He worked almost exclusively throughout BC and the Yukon at this time on porphyry deposits such as Kemess, Fish Lake, Casino and Red Chris.

Mr. Thurston has vast experience working in Central and South America including forming part of the initial grass roots exploration, land acquisition, and development team of Aurelian Resources Ecuador, later promoted to Country Manager in Ecuador. Kinross acquired Aurelian Ecuador in 2008 in a $1.2B friendly deal.

From 2011-2013, Mr. Thurston founded and operated a Peruvian full-service geological exploration company that catered to Canadian junior explores, offering a one stop shop for geological exploration, camp infrastructure, community relations and corporate services.

Wayne Tisdale

Chairman, Director

Mr. Tisdale has 40 years of experience in mining, oil and gas and agriculture finance, exploration, and development. He runs his own merchant banking company and currently sits on the boards of directors of several private and public companies, most notably Canadian Palladium Resources Inc. Over his career, Mr. Tisdale has raised considerable funds in the public company sector and has been instrumental in founding, growing and selling a range of highly successful companies. Some highlights are Rainy River Resources Ltd. (acquired by New Gold Inc.) and US Cobalt Inc. (acquired by First Cobalt Corp.). Mr. Tisdale also founded, grew and sold Torch River Agricultural Corp., one of Saskatchewan’s leading corporate farming entities.

Michael Hopkinson

Director

Mr. Hopkinson is a US licensed CPA in the state of New Hampshire. He has over 23 years of US tax and public company experience. Having spent over 11 years working primarily for the accounting industry’s “Big Four”, his experience has been extensive in the mining, pharmaceutical and real estate business sectors. Mr. Hopkinson has served as Chief Financial Officer and director for numerous public companies and has comprehensive experience in US-Canada Cross-Border tax and repatriation planning, financial statement reporting, and capital financing activities. Mr. Hopkinson is currently a Principal with Goldsmith Kwok Accounting Group of Vancouver.

Nancy La Couvée

Corporate Secretary

Ms. La Couvée brings over 25 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary, providing governance and compliance services for international public companies in the resource sector. She facilitates effective board and shareholder communications, ensures regulatory compliance in numerous international jurisdictions, and provides corporate governance guidance, as well as corporate finance administration. Ms. La Couvée is a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada

Jeffrey Reeder (P.Geo)

Peru Exploration Team

Mr. Jeffrey Reeder is the Senior Technical Advisor to IMM with over 34 years exploration experience in British Columbia, Canada and throughout Latin America.

Mr. Reeder holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Alberta and has been involved in the Mining Exploration and Investment industries since 1988.

Mr. Reeder worked 5 years as an exploration geologist for the Hunter-Dickenson Group from 1989 to 1993. He worked almost exclusively throughout BC and the Yukon on copper-gold porphyry deposits such as Mt. Milligan, South Kemess, Fish Lake and Casino.

Since 1993, Mr. Reeder worked almost exclusively in South America. The vast experience working on porphyry copper deposits in Canada aided Mr. Reeder in the discovery of two porphyry deposits in Peru that resulted in NI43-101 resources, the Aguila copper-molybdenite porphyry deposit and the Pinaya copper-gold porphyry deposit. The Aguila copper-molybdenite porphyry was sold to Peñoles de Mexico in 2014.

Mr. Reeder is currently President and CEO of Peruvian Metals Corporation, a public company that is the single largest shareholder of International Metals Mining Corp with just under 10% ownership.

Carlos Agreda (MBA)

Peru Exploration Team

Mr. Carlos Agreda Minaya is the General Manager for IMM’s Peruvian subsidiary, Empresa Querco SAC, with over 20 years experience managing Canadian junior subsidiaries in Peru.

Mr. Agreda holds an degree in Geological Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria, and an MBA from Peru’s highly reputable ESAN Graduate School of Business program in Lima.

Mr. Agreda has extensive experience in all aspects related to mining and exploration in Peru, including permitting, accounting, and community relations.

Mr. Agreda was involved in the grassroots generation of the Panteria Project and currently also serves as the General Manager of Peruvian Metals Corp., a Canadian Junior explorer in Peru with a processing plant located in northern Peru.
