We are continually researching & identifying new projects. Below are our current resource projects
MINAS GERAIS PROPERTY
Details
- International Metals Mining Corp. has entered into a significant share exchange agreement with Lithium Plus Mining Corp. and its shareholders. Through this agreement, International Metals Mining Corp. will acquire all outstanding shares of Lithium Plus, a company that holds an option agreement for a 65% stake in mining claims situated in Minas Gerais Province, Brazil. These claims encompass a substantial surface area of 21,136.73 hectares across 12 individual claims.
- The acquired property is located approximately 25 kilometers east of two prominent lithium projects: Sigma Lithium Corporation's Groto do Cirilo Project and Lithium Iconic Inc's Itinga Project. It is in close proximity to Atlas Lithium Corp. These locations are situated in the mining-friendly Minas Gerais State, Brazil holds 27 mineral rights across Sigma's own properties, spanning 191 square kilometers in the municipalities of Araçuaí and Itinga, encompassing nine previously operational lithium mines.
SOUTHERN PERU EXPLORATION
PANTERIA & RONALDO PROJECTS
Details
- Panteria Copper-Gold porphyry project is located in Peru approximately 210 kilometers southeast of the city of Lima.
- Panteria Copper-Gold porphyry project is located in Peru approximately 210 kilometers southeast of the city of Lima.
- The Southern Costal Porphyry Belt hosts many of the largest copper porphyry deposits in Peru.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
- Large Porphyry System identified by rock type, alteration, and grade
- Recent widespread geophysics shows classic porphyry style environment
- Rio Tinto historic drilling from 2004 consisted of 4 shallow holes (<400 meters) totalling 1,152.6 meters
- First Quantum drilled 11 holes in 2017-2018 totaling 8,699.6 meters (deepest hole 1,190.5 meters)
- Drill hole PANDD006 intercepted 125.6 meters of 0.25% Cu and 0.28 g/t Au
Jumping Jack Property
Details
Jumping Jack Property is situated on direct trend between Northumberland Mine (Newmont Mining) 10 miles to the northeast and Round Mountain Mine (Kinross Gold) 10 miles to the southwest.
The property comprises 133 mining claims. Historical literature and field observations are very similar, if not identical, to Round Mountain Mine.
The property dates back to 1905 when the land owner spent 3 years gold mining underground and constructed audits and shafts totaling about 100m of underground workings. No commercial mining has ever occurred. Limited exploration was done in the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s.
Surface exploration in 2020 identified 3 parallel N15-20W silicified fault zones which include the 100 year old Mine workings.
The strike orientation parallels major gold belts in Nevada including Carlin Trend, the CortezGold Belt and the Walker Lane Trend.
The silicified fault zones occur approximately 640 m apart from eachother and span more than 1 Km in length.
Aspen Gold Property
Details
The Aspen Property is located 75 kilometers southwest of Vanderhoof in British Columbia, Canada and only 25 kilometers northwest for Artemis Gold’s (TSXV: ARTG) 9.5 million ounce Blackwater Gold project. Aspen is comprised of 16 mineral claims in two aggregate groups covering an area of 7,450 acres. The property is readily vehicle accessible via forest service roads.
The property lies within the eastern portion of the Stikine Terrane, part of the Intermontane Belt, a composite of low metamorphic grade magmatic arc segments of mixed oceanic and continental affinities, and oceanic plates, which amalgamated to the North American continental margin in the Early Jurassic Period. More specifically, the region is underlain by the Lower to Middle Jurassic Hazelton Group, an amalgamation of several island arc volcanic-intrusive complexes. Younger felsic and intermediate volcanics of the Nechako Plateau Group overlie Hazelton volcanics locally and in particular, to the north. Miocene Chilcotin Group basaltic rocks overlie both of the aforementioned groups to the south and to the east of the Hazelton Group.
Black Rock Canyon Property
Details
The Black Rock Canyon property is favorably located within the Cortez trend of the Battle Mountain – Eureka belt, a productive and rapidly growing gold mining district. The Pipeline – Cortez mining complex, about 10mi to 14.5mi southeast of the Black Rock Canyon property contains a total of more than 45 million ounces of gold (documented past production plus reserves and resources). Additional Measured and Indicated resources of 9.4 million ounces of gold, and Inferred resources of 11.9 million ounces, have been defined at the Goldrush deposit. The Pipeline, Cortez and Goldrush deposits are disseminated Carlin- type gold deposits hosted by Devonian-Silurian carbonate rocks of the Wenban Limestone, Horse Canyon Formation, and Roberts Mountains Formation beneath the Roberts Mountain Thrust fault (“RMT”). Highlights of previous surface samples ( a total of 185 ) returned gold grades ranging from 2.02 g Au/t and a maximum of 109.7 Au/T (3,2oz Au/ton)
